Order Cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order or return individual items from a larger order we will refund the purchase cost of those items and your original postage cost; or in the case of a part order a percentage of postage cost based on the weight of the returned items.

You have 14 days after the day of receipt of your order to let us know that you wish to cancel your order and return your goods.

We can not accept cancellation of your order after the 14 day period.

Returns Policy

Returning an item.

Please email us for a Returns Number including:-

a) a list of the items you wish to return

b) the reasons for returning the items


c) the original order number.

You must return items to us within 30 days from the cancellation date, including the Returns Number.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unopened and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. 

We cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods and advise customers to return goods by recorded delivery (with the appropriate insurance) and keep proof of postage.

On receipt of the returned goods a refund will be issued.

Please note returns are sent at your own risk and expense and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not complied with.

The right to return goods does not apply to perishable goods (ie. Fondant icing and other edibles).

Excemptions for returns ; personalised goods , unless mistake is of the doing of Dotty Dots - no other rights are affected

Faulty Goods
Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt.

We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required.
If we require the item(s) returned, we will pay the cost of the return postage via 1st class post for which you will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the dispatching post office.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods
Must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate.
If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

We can not accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods.
Therefore it is advisable that a proof of postage is obtained, should the goods fail to reach us, this will aid in any claim you may wish to make with your chosen courier.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating your Reason and the items being returned.
We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition, less the original postage charge(s)

Product offers and Discounts
Please note that any item returned to us that formed part of our buy  - get one free offer shall invalidate this free product discount.

Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions.
All product sizes quoted are approximate.
Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
These User Terms are governed by the laws of England.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties


Although every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on our site, Customers concerned with food allergies must always check ingredients labels. We cannot guarantee they have been manufactured in a nut-free enviroment.
